In 2009, several industrial power consumers had to downsize their industrial output, which led to a decrease of their power purchasing volume. In several cases, this led to conflicts with their power suppliers, who argued damages from power volumes already purchased for these customers at relatively high prices. We currently represent several industrial consumers in such conflicts with their power supplier. |
